okay. i wish there was an option for students who are on scholarship to pay monthly. we are willing to sign a binding contract, but it really doesnt make sense for us to pay for 5 months when we get out stipend for accommodation once every month.

Raar, dat bij een verhuur van sociale huurwoningen en sociale parkeerplaatsen de werkwijze van WonenBreburg alles behalve sociaal is. Denk aan die boete, maar ook uit onderzoek van Nibud is uitgekomen dat problematische schulden ontstaan doordat vaste lasten niet op 1 vaste datum kan worden geïncasseerd. Het nibud adviseert om alle vaste lasten gelijk of zsm met het salaris te betalen. Maar WonenBreburg staat niet toe om je huur eerder te betalen. Heel vreemd!

Ik woon hier pas kort en heb dus nog niet veel contact gehad. Maar over het contact dat ik tot dusvervheb gehad ben ik zeer tevreden
Overall, I am satisfied with the company and with the dorm. I have just one more thing I would like to share. It is regarding the incident with the broken picnic table. I had a chance to witness part of the situation. I was not present when the final fall happened, but I had seen the state of the bench before it happened, and I feel like it is unfair to fully blame the students for what happened. The bench was generally not in good condition. From what I personally saw, I did not see anyone using the bench for a different purpose than what it was supposed to be used for. People were simply sitting there, and the bench eventually fell apart. In my opinion, if a picnic table cannot safely support people sitting on it, it was already in a condition in which it should ideally have been repaired or replaced before the incident. An unmarked bench in such a condition could potentially also represent a safety risk, so we are actually lucky that no one got hurt. At the same time, I want to be fair and acknowledge that I was not there the whole time, so it is of course possible that some misuse happened which I did not see. You will probably be in the best position to assess that based on the camera footage. I do, however, fully understand and agree with your comments regarding the mess that was left behind. There were many bottles and other pieces of rubbish around the area, and I agree that this was not acceptable.

In één woord UITSTEKEND
bij kleine reparaties altijd een beoordeling .Vorig jaar een nieuwe keuken ,badkamer en toilet toen geen beoordeling .Er is toen wel heel veel misgegaan .
Het is jammer dat ze me niet konden helpen in een moeilijke situatie, toen ik juist hulp nodig had met oude woning (woning met mijn ex partner dat was 50/50)
Ligt eraan wat het probleem is, kan soms lang duren. Of je wordt van brt kastje naar de muur gestuurd.
Super vriendelijk en aardig
Wonenbreburg was altijd makkelijk en snel bereikbaar. Eteck is een drama.
Tot nu toe is de ervaring erg prettig. Al heb ik niet zo veel veel te maken gehad met WonenBreburg.
Fijne corporatie, met fijne mensen. Ik begrijp dat personeelstekorten zo nu en dan ervoor zorgen dat jullie niet altijd kunnen leveren wat jullie graag zouden willen. Ik hoop dat die achterstanden ingelopen kunnen gaan worden.
